Reiki Workshops

Reiki is a system of hands on energy therapy and can be learnt by anyone. Reiki is not a religion or belief system. It is safe, gentle and non-intrusive; without using pressure, manipulation or massage. It a holistic system for balancing and harmonising all aspects of the mind, body, emotions and spirit. Reiki can also increase the healing ability of those administering other therapies such as aromatherapy, reflexology, massage, etc.

The living body, be it human animal or plant radiates warmth and energy. This energy is the life force itself and has many names. In Japan this energy is known as Ki and from this Reiki is named. This energy can only be properly channelled for healing by people who have been "attuned" by a Reiki Master. Reiki can be used for self healing, for healing others, animals and plants. As well as promoting healing and energy renewal, it assists with personal and spiritual growth. Practitioners often report a sense of peace or more focus in life.

Reiki Workshop

Tera-Mai™ is a modern system of Reiki, which is said to open a wider channel and gives you more power to heal. It is more in tune with the energies of the 21st Century. It is taught at three levels. Workshops are small and friendly. All courses include a comprehensive manual and certificate.

Reiki 1

This workshop gives you the ability to channel the Reiki energy. You will learn the history of Reiki, the principles and theory. You'll practice healing and hand positions for treatments. After the workshop you will be able to do self-healing and work on family and friends or combine it with other therapies, if a therapist.

Reiki 2

Reiki 2 introduces the ancient symbols, which are keys to distant, mental and emotional healing. Reiki 2 allows you to work on issues in a much more powerful way and can develop your intuition and connection with guides. This level will allow you to practice Reiki as an independent therapy on a professional basis.

Reiki 3

This is a important step, taken when you have inner knowledge and you are ready for greater power and responsibility. Reiki 3 can be given separately from Reiki Master to make it more affordable. Splitting the course also gives you more time to assimilate all the knowledge and energies given.
